Joe Levens
Joe Levens has served as a member of the Colonial Fox Theatre Foundation Board of Trustees since 2014.
A 1977 graduate of Pittsburg State University with a BST in Construction Technology, Joe completed his Masters of Engineering Technology in Construction Management also from Pittsburg State University in 2002. Joe is a Certified Professional Constructor (CPC) having passed the American Institute of Constructors Level II Exam.
Joe began his construction career with Martin K. Eby Construction Co., Inc. in 1978 holding key leadership positions in engineering, field management, project management, estimating and vice president of construction operations. Joe’s project assignments have provided him a broad background of experience to which he brings to the Colonial Fox Theatre Foundation, among which is having participated in the restoration of the McPherson Opera House in McPherson, Kansas.
Joe is a graduate of the 2003 Leadership Kansas program and is actively involved in numerous civic, professional and university programs. He is currently a faculty member in the School of Construction at Pittsburg State University and also serves as the director of the Kansas Center for Construction Advancement. In October 2001, he was the recipient of the Pittsburg State University Outstanding Alumni award.
