Booth Registration

Booth Information and Application

Information and Regulations: Rain DOES NOT cancel – call (620) 235-0622 

Registration Fee: Food Tuck $75 Business/Restaurant Booth $50 Church Space has been filled. Have your company feature on our local buisness map $25

Space Size: 14' x 12'

  1. Only pre-registered vendors may participate.
  2. Booth may park one vehicle on side street.
  3. Booth check-in opens at 10:00 a.m.
  4. Set up time is 10 a.m until 2:30 p.m.
  5. Canopies are recommended.
  6. Booths should be staffed at all times.
  7. Booths are to display only in their assigned space.
  8. Booths break-down begins at 5:30 p.m and must be completed by 6:30pm.

If you are a church there is no cost to register for the event. Fill out this form and select submit at the end. Do not proceed to the paypal purchase unless you are a Business/ Restaurant.
